The book honors the late Christopher Petersen whose research has shown that character strengths are ubiquitous across culture and time. Within the book, there are stories, research explanations, read aloud passages, and tangible exercises to help people leverage their character strengths for higher performance and happiness.
Many acclaimed authors have endorsed the book including Martin E. P. Seligman, author of Authentic Happiness, Learned Optimism, and Flourish, Tal Ben-Shahar, author of Happier and Choose the Life You Want to Lead, and Barbara Fredrickson, author of Positivity and Love 2.0.
Proceeds from this book will go to the Christopher Peterson Memorial Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania.
